VivoCity
VivoCity - where entertainment comes alive. The *new* VivoCity is a 24-hectare HarbourFront area which is being developed by Temasek unit Mapletree Investments as a business and leisure centre. It will have the largest mall in Singapore, a 15-screen cineplex and 120,000 sq ft hypermart. Dairy Farm, which operates the Cold Storage supermarket and Giant hypermarket chains here, plans to set up a yet-to-be branded hypermart. VivoCity is built over the former site of the World Trade Exhibition Halls.
