The Choa Chu Kang Community Library was officially opened on 22 February 1997.   Covering an area of 1,477 square metres, the library is situated within the popular Lot 1 Shopping Centre. It serves residents in the South West areas of Choa Chu Kang, Hong Kah North, Keat Hong and Yew Tee.
