SC Global Development Limited. The Group’s principal activities are the development and rental of property. Other activities of the Group are the provision of project management, marketing services, resort management, investment trading and investment holding. Operations of the Group are carried out in Singapore and British Virgin Islands. Property development accounted for 100% of 2002 revenues and rental of property, nominal.

SCGlobal Developments Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 1977 under the name of ANA Hotels Singapore Pte Ltd, as a subsidiary of ANA Enterprises Ltd. It acquired a hotel from People's Realty Co Ltd and commenced business as Century Park Sheraton in 1978. It was converted into a public company on 28 October 1982 and took on the name ANA Hotels Singapore Ltd.

In 1999, ANA Enterprises together with Japan Leasing Corpn sold their entire holdings in the company to DBS Realty Pte Ltd. A tripartite deal was struck for DBS Land to buy up the Company's assets. The Company will then use the proceeds to buy 4 property sites from Simon Cheong. The latter used part of the money to buy a 70 percent stake in the Company, leaving DBS Land with a 5.13 percent stake in the Company. The Company changed its name to SC Global Developments Ltd on 13 March 2000.

The Company ceased to be a hotelier and became a property developer. It is focusing on the high-end segment of the residential market. Under development are the Ladyhill and The Lincoln Modern (which targets the gay and lesbian community), THR3E THRE3 Robin and Boulevard Residence projects.
