Singapore & Malaysia hotspot for UAE tourists

A considerable number of holiday-seekers among UAE nationals and expatriates in the UAE have been travelling to the Far East, particularly to Singapore, tourism figures have indicated.  According to Singapore Tourism Board, they are projecting 65,000 visitors from the Middle East to Singapore in 2004. 

The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) enjoys an excellent relationship with national carrier Singapore Airlines that is highly supportive of the government's move to boost trade and tourism between Singapore and the UAE.
