Perling Mall has an interesting interior design. Styled like a 60s shophouse, it is especially attractive to tourists.
Established some 15 years ago, Perling Mall is a premier shopping location in Johor Baru thanks to its strategic location. It is located near the Second Link to Singapore, as well as the Pasir Gudang highway interchange and Jalan Skudai.   Its total retail space is 8,550sq m (92,000sq ft) and it has an amusement park, cineplex, supermarket and department store. There are also 500 parking bays in its carpark, which is free of charge.
