Pasir Ris town is one of the few HDB towns located at the coast amidst many holiday resorts and chalets. It is the first generation of flats which explores interesting bold colour schemes and architectural designs.  Pasir Ris town is bounded by Loyang Avenue, Pasir Ris Drive 3, Pasir Ris Drive 12 and Tampines Expressway. It is easily accessible with a bus interchange and Pasir Ris MRT terminating at Pasir Ris Central.  The recreational environment with parks and other landscaped areas has generated leisure activities including cycling and water sports within the town.
