Singapore welcome Dr. VLadyKina

Dr Elena Vladykina is Singapore´s ninth millionth visitor to Singapore. She arrived in Changi Airport on 6 December 2006. The lucky Doctor is from Russia who is visiting Singapore for a holiday with her husband and friends. She was presented with prize vouchers worth over S$35,000 by the Singapore Tourism Board assistant chief executive (leisure), Dr Chan Tat. Last year Singapore only had 8.94 million visitors. She was later seen being whisked off in a limousine and probably thinking of how to spend her hotel and shopping vouchers over the next few days.
