Pavilion_Kuala_Lumpur comprises four major components; a retail podium, an office tower, two towers of luxury residences and a proposed 6-star boutique hotel. The creation of Pavilion_Kuala_Lumpur is derived from the world's top business, architectural and design practices.  Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, the most talked shopping centre in Malaysia, was launched on 20th September 2007.

The once old Bukit Bintang Girls Secondary School area has given way toPavillion KL, a seven-storey building, which will have 450 outletshousing shops, food and beverage outlets and urban leisure areas. The shopping mall is the main focus of the development, taking up a nett lettable area of 1.37 million sq. ft. spread over 7 retail levels with approximately 450 retail shops and a unique feature of entrances for multiple ground floors, which facilitates an even distribution of shopping traffic from all directions.

Pavilion_Residences comprises two elegant high-rise towers of 368 elite residences set amidst a 7-acre sky park overlooking the city.

An ultra-luxurious 6-star boutique hotel will make its home at Pavilion_Kuala_Lumpur, pushing hotel opulence to a whole new plateau.
