PrimaDéli. makes crispy pastries with chunkier fillings, lighter cakes and delicious fresh-baked goodies. Launched in 1992, PrimaDéli is Singapore’s first home-grown bakery franchise and the longest-running Singapore food franchise. PrimaDeli bakery outlets are located in major business, shopping and residential areas, drawing a diverse mix of races and cultures to our choice bakery products. PrimaDeli is part of the Prima Group, which is founded by Mr Cheng Tsang Man when he pioneered the first flourmill in Singapore in 1961. On 3 May 1961, Prima Limited was incorporated and on 18 August 1963, the Prima flourmill was officially opened by Dr Goh Keng Swee, the then Minister of Finance of Singapore.

Prima' in Latin means 'first'. The Company’s Chinese name 'Bai Ling Mai' literally means 'a hundred-year-old wheat', signifying the Company’s longevity on a solid foundation. From a flour miller of the 1960s, Prima has grown steadily to become an industrial group with international operations. Although Prima Group have diversified into other areas, our primary activities continue to remain in the food and allied industries.
