CENTRAL SINGAPORE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

The Central Singapore Community Development Council covers:

Ang Mo Kio Group Representation Constituency (GRC) comprising Teck Ghee, Cheng San, Kebun Baru, Yio Chu Kang, Nee Soon South and Jalan Kayu; Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC comprising Bishan East, Toa Payoh East, Thomson, Toa Payoh Central and Bishan-Toa Payoh North; Jalan Besar GRC comprising Jalan Besar, Kolam Ayer, Whampoa, Kampong Glam and Kreta Ayer-Kim Seng; and the Tanjong Pagar GRC comprising Tanjong Pagar, Moulmein, Tiong Bahru, Queenstown, Radin Mas and Tanglin-Cairnhill.

The Mayor of Central Singapore District is Mr Heng Chee How, Member of Parliament (MP) for Jalan Besar GRC and Adviser to Whampoa Grassroots Organisations (GROs).
